I logged on later in the arvo, to investigate when the user was not around and so far: I read this link today: which lead me to believe that maybe its a simple AMMYY thing. Someone had connected to his machine, and opened notepad, then said "r u there", "whats your number" He called me later and said what are you doing? I remove the evident malware and get out of there! He got a number of requests to connect via AMMYY. Now this is where things get really strange, and hence why I am posting in SYSADMIN. I log in to find whatever he had clicked on, had installed "Web Bar", "Driver Guard", "Web Guard" and some other software.

I eventually got him to download AMMYY admin. so I just knew that he had downloaded the wrong time.
